Feel free to contact me with any problem, questions or requests you may have concerning DeskAlarm.  Please before asking for support make sure you are using the latest version of DeskAlarm and have a look at the FAQ.  The FAQ addresses most of of the common problems users have encountered.
When contacting me please provide as many detail as possible about your system and your problem. At a minimum I need to know what versions of Windows, Palm Desktop and DeskAlarm you have.  If you are receiving an error message you need help with, please send me the full text of the message.  It is vital to provide the above information.  Please help me help you.  If you don't provide enough information about your problem there is not much that I will be able to do except request more information

Please note that I can only promise support for registered users, but I will try to help everyone and relate to any feedback I get.
